11 Reasons Why You Should Join the 360Movement Online Coaching System:

Below I will outline a number of reasons why I believe you should join the 360Movement Online Coaching System

(and not another one!)

1. Authenticity

I designed, created and continue to develop the 360movement website and the Online Coaching System myself.

This means that my approach to the body, my ethos and my way of teaching is not diluted through the use of a third party developer. You receive everything I can provide an in-person client with, but digitally.

2. Video Tutorials & PDF Programs

All programs come with downloadable PDF files for use on both mobile phones and/or to be printed as paper copies.

These correlate directly with every video tutorial available via the Online Coaching system.

This ensures simplicity for beginners and those unaccustomed to training in a gym.

So every exercise on your program has a video accompanying it to ensure you are performing every exercise correctly and safely.

3. Nutritional Submissions & Feedback

A subscription to the Online Coaching System allows you to easily submit your nutritional intake for the week/month and receive personalised feedback from me directly to help guide you towards your chosen goal, whether that be weight loss, muscle development or general health and wellbeing.

4. Sharing is Caring

A subscription to the Online Coaching System can be shared with up to 4 other people, such as family or friends at no extra cost, exactly like a Netflix account.

This gives you more value for your subscription by having more people benefitting from the online membership.

5. Flexibility

There is no joining fee, price increases or restrictive cancellation policy.

You can join or cancel at the click of a button.

6. A Specific Approach

I have a specific approach to the body that actually works. My approach centres around Mike Boyle & Gray Cook’s Joint By Joint Approach, Dr John Rusin’s appreciation of the need to utilize a joints full Range of Motion and François Billaut’s work on muscle growth and weight-loss through the use of full Range of Motion resistance training.

In contrast, most Personal Trainers simply want to run you ragged, see you sweat and send you on your way.

7. Women, Bone Density & Osteoporosis

Robert Marcus MD’s work on the correlation between female bone density, osteoporosis and heavy resistance training is a vital component for my treatment of female clients.

For more on this topic, have a read of my presentation ‘4 Reasons Why Women NEED to Lift Heavy Weights’’.

8. Effectiveness & Return on Investment

Through the prescription of weighted dynamic exercises, joint mobility drills alongside cardiovascular work, I ensure my clients build muscle, reduce body fat, improve their mobility, reduce their pain and of course, prevent future problems.

I utilise a physical concept, of which I call “The Hierarchical Lens of Physical Training”. This ensures that clients are utilising the most effective disciplines of physical training to address their physiological issues or goals.

In layman’s terms; every exercise chosen will have multiple benefits, rather than just one.

9. Not like the others…

I believe the Online Fitness World to be broken and damaging, and above all, unable to do the job it claims to do, namely, get people healthier. Hypocrisy, vanity and damaging concepts of ‘the body’ abound online and distort the true concept of human health and fitness.

Additionally, the Online Fitness Community typically does a poor job at prescribing exercises remotely and tend to value aesthetic results that can be reposted online, above genuine health and fitness progressions, the most valuable of which unfortunately do not receive appreciation or traction online.

Have a read of my article ‘Social Media, Body Dysmorphia & Toxic Online Gym Culture’ to understand why I believe this. Both in my prescribed training methods and ethos, I oppose this particular trajectory of the Online Fitness Industry.

10. Understanding the Obesity & Mobility Conundrum

I have an appreciation, through the study of Forhan & Gill’s work, on how difficult it can be for a client who has poor mobility levels to lose weight.

As the client cannot move the body’s joints through their full range of motion, of course they cannot utilise the muscle fully. If the muscle is never utilised fully, then weight loss is a seriously difficult job for the client as the muscle mass will increase very slowly.

When muscle mass increases slowly on a weight loss journey, the client in question is therefore forced to adhere to a very restrictive nutritional diet or incredibly low calories etc. Through my understanding of how to develop mobility rapidly through the use of dynamic exercises, I can help clients with poor mobility who wish to lose weight achieve this goal much faster.

11. Buying Local

Although you are purchasing an online subscription and membership, you are supporting the local economy.

Buying local and Irish is equally important when purchasing goods or services online.
